Like maybe Helgen having bandits with glass weapons or something like that. Version-specific Recommendations must use a Version string equal to that of both ModList and Guide! Copy/paste the intended guide version from the "Existing Guides" table above (if it exists) into the field below.
Most of the time when I have trouble with NPCs talking it is due to a mod conflict. There are also a number of insect spawns. If the core game and official DLC downloads don't keep you busy, this list of fan made mods will leave your friends wondering where you went. Install the patches for Helgen Reborn and Falskaar.
